Sportymaps Refund and Return policy

Our products are produced, packed and shipped with care. But of course, sometimes something can go wrong.
We'll try to solve the problem as good and fast as we can. Please reach out to us using: info @ sportymaps.com

In case of a missing or not delivered product, please also mention your order number.
In case of a damaged product or a misprint, please also mention your order number and add some photos of the damages to the product and packaging. For a misprinted product, please submit a photo of the error.

Double-check your order (texts)
Please note that with our new website, you can change texts yourself. The preview function will show you the end result. Not all orders will be personally checked by Sportymaps before they are sent to print. Make sure you have entered the correct texts on your print. Once the order has been submitted, there won't be much time for us to make any changes in the system for you.

Wrong address provided
If you provide an incorrect address with your order, the product will, in most cases, not be delivered and eventually returned to the print shop. In most cases, we shall need to have your order reprinted and resend to the correct address. The additional costs this will bring, will be for the customer.

Returns and refunds
Our products are made to order. Due to the nature of our very customizable products, we do not offer refunds or returns for typos or other faults (e.g., wrong size, color, or event) made by yourself. We'll try to solve problems as good as possible, but we can't resell your custom product to somebody else.
