What Shipping Methods are available?
In most cases we offer a tracked and untracked shipping method.
Tracked means you can monitor the status and location of your parcel online and often also see when it will be delivered.
Untracked means there is no monitoring whatsoever. This method is cheaper, but usually also takes longer to arrive.
The availability of these options depends on the destination and of the size of the package. Posters by themselves can be send rolled up and are relatively small parcels. Framed prints are large parcels and will always be send with track and trace.
Do you Ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Posters are printed in both several locations in America and Europe and shipped from there.
At the moment we only offer framed prints to our European customers. These are shipped from the Netherlands.
How long will it take to get My Package?
At the moment delivery time is a little bit flexible. What we try to do is to bundle orders and have these processed once every 2 weeks. After that there is some more time needed to deliver your order. Depending on the delivery type this can take another week or two. In busier times we try to increase the moments when orders are processed to once a week.
Why can’t you print My Order faster?
We don’t print the posters ourselves. We use local and international professional printshops with high-end, industrial printers to create the posters for us. To keep costs and logistics oversee able we decided to bundle orders and have them printed all at once. From there the orders are packed and shipped out as fast as possible.
What Payment Methods are accepted?
We use Mollie as our online payment provider for this webshop.
You can choose from several payment methods which Mollie will securely process for us:
- Mister Cash
- Belfidus Direct Net
I have not received an Order Confirmation?
After a successful payment an email is automatically send out to your email address. Sometimes this email ends up in your spam box.
ORDERS AND RETURNS
How do I place an Order?
We have a lot of route posters. Use the search to find your course. Choose a background color and size. Select ‘YES’ if you want to add a name and finish time on your poster and fill this personal information in in the available text fields.
Press the ‘Add to Cart’ button. You poster is added to the shopping cart.
In the top right corner of the webshop you can select the shopping cart and proceed to the checkout page where you can fill in the billing details, select a shipping and payment option.
After pressing continue you will be redirected to the payment environment to pay. When your payment is successful your cart will be emptied and you’ll receive an order confirmation by email.
How can I Cancel Or Change my order?
Once you have paid you can’t cancel or change your order yourself. If you want to make a change to your order, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
If your print has not yet been processed we can probably make the change for you. Send us an email when you want to cancel your order. We can refund you your money when the print has not yet been printed and send out.
Do I need an Account to place an Order?
You don’t need an account to make and order on our webshop.
An account is purely practical for yourself if you plan to make multiple orders. It remembers billing info so you don’t have to fill it in all the time.
How do I Track my Order?
If you have chosen untracked shipping or if that is the only shipping option, there is no way for us to track or trace your parcel.
If you have selected tracked shipping, you will get an automated email when your order has been shipped out. In this email you’ll find a link to track and trace your parcel. If you don’t receive this email, but have selected tracked shipping, you can contact us and we’ll look it up for you.
Do you make Requests or Custom Prints?
When you can’t find the course you’re looking for in our webshop you can contact us. In most cases we can help you out and create the course poster for you. We’ll add it to the webshop so it becomes available for other customers as well.

My Order arrived Damaged! What can I do?
Although we try to pack and ship our products with great care, accidents with parcels do happen. When your order arrives damaged please let us know by email.
It helps if you can send us photo’s of the damages and let us know if the package arrived damage or just the print inside. Don’t forget to mention your order number.
We will reprint and resend the order as soon as possible (with the next round of printing).
